What about buying additional sets?

I want to purchase more than one set! You can! Multiple sets can be purchased! First - Click the Back this Project button up top. Then select the dice set of your choosing. Then modify the Pledge amount for however many sets you want. And click continue. After the campaign finishes, we will send out a survey to everyone. The survey will ask you what color you want for whatever dice sets you ordered. If you ordered multiple sets and want different colors just click those boxes in the survey and you are all set! What about shipping costs for multiple sets?

We covering shipping after the first set. The costs are are flat rate, even for international. If you are willing to buy multiple sets than I am willing to eat the shipping cost. Last updated: Wed, Mar 16 2016 11:51 am EDT

Will my dice look exactly as shown? Will they be the same exact color?

No. All the dice are hand made. The color tint is also created by hand, the numbers are done by hand as well. Because none of the dice are machined, they won’t be exactly the same. They could have a very slight variance in color from what you see on the screen, there may even be a very slight variance within dice from the same set. It will be minor, as things that don’t match our color guide are rejected, but they are made by hand. Last updated: Wed, Mar 16 2016 3:03 pm EDT

Will I be able to purchase your dice later on after the Kickstarter is over?

Yes. Though I don’t know when or at what cost. I am 100% committed to hitting my shipping goal. After the Kickstarter ends, that is all I will focus on. I don’t want to take in more orders until everyone has dice in hand. I do plan on getting a web-store set up for purchase down the road, but it will depend on how quickly I can get everyone their dice. As per cost, I can’t say. It won’t be cheaper then this, and It may not be the same price. Because I can do orders in bulk it allows me to keep cost low. With direct web-sales I doubt I can do this kind of quantity so that will affect price. Last updated: Wed, Mar 16 2016 3:17 pm EDT

You mention a D100 in the pledge rewards, do you mean a Zocchihedron or a D%?

We mean a D%, which is a D10 with 10 sides numbered 00 through 90 used along a normal D10 to simulate a true D100. Not that we don’t think a Prism Zocchihedron would be awesome. Last updated: Wed, Mar 16 2016 3:22 pm EDT

Why Kickstarter?

Kickstarter is a amazing platform. It allows you to connect with a much broader scope of people that you otherwise may not have been able to reach. But mostly importantly, we wanted to come to Kickstarter to build a community. The best part about a Kickstarter is sharing excitement with backers in the comments thread and being able to listen to feedback to improve both the current project and all future ones as well. Without communication, we are stuck in a bubble. Isolated with only our own thoughts. The benefit of a platform like Kickstarter is to become more knowledgeable within your community and to be able to talk with folks I otherwise might not get a chance to. Are your dice Precision-edged?

Precision-Edged dice are a Trademark of GameScience. Although our dice have the same style of sharp edges that you may have become accustomed to from them, they are not High-Impact or Precision-Edged. Thank you to the backer who pointed that one out to me! Last updated: Fri, Mar 18 2016 1:30 am EDT

Are your dice Silicate glass?

Of course not. There are many types of glass material other than that one. Trust me, you don’t want to roll dice made out of that compound, they won’t survive long. Last updated: Fri, Mar 18 2016 2:32 am EDT

What is the difference between your D100 and D% sets?

Just wording. When the Kickstarter was first put up, we labeled our Polyhedral sets incorrectly listing that they came with a D100. This term/lingo is correct, but not universally accepted by everyone. The correct term ( Thanks backers! ) is a D% die. We were unable to modify the pledges to change that information, so instead we capped them and opened up new ones with the correct wording. They are the exact same set. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
